-All gift card orders are subject to a process that compares the buyer information provided on the website with the buyer information provided by the buyer’s financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your gift card order may be delayed until it can be corrected.

-Reasons for failed e-gift card delivery: E-gift cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient’s email address but the eGift Card has not been delivered within a reasonable period of time (5 business days after canceling the amount), here is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
1. The spam filter blocked the email or directed it to a bulk / spam folder.
2. The recipient’s firewall blocked the email.
3. The email inbox has exceeded the size limit.
4. Invalid email address.
